The problem with stock footwells<\/h2>\n

The stock footwells sit close to the tires. On a lot of machines, taller tires can rub or catch the plastic when the suspension compresses or the handlebars are turned. Some riders try trimming the plastic, which looks rough and weakens it. Replacing the footwells with a set shaped to give the tires more room is a cleaner fix.<\/p>\n

Factory plastic footwells crack and break, especially after a few seasons of mud, rocks and cold weather. These floorboards are metal, powder coated in flat black. They look clean on the Sportsman and give you a sturdier place to stand. Foot pegs are included, so you still have good footing when the trail turns rough or slippery.<\/p>\n

They do not fit the Touring edition, so check your machine before ordering.
