    We use a dual PTFE bushing design to prevent the wear and tear that you’re used to. Thanks to our X24 Tech, which uses tough bushings at both ends of the rack, RackBoss 2.0 can power through bigger hits with larger tires without getting sloppy steering. You get like-new operation that lasts longer than any other Pioneer 1000 steering rack. Plus, the built-in grease fittings allow you to push out all the crud that can get in when you go hard in mud or water. It’s only possible with RackBoss 2.0.
    
    Swaged Tube Tie Rods
    These steel swaged tube tie rods give you excellent strength in a lightweight package. The flared-out design of the tie rods boosts the strength of the 7/8” diameter tubing, and the tie rod ends are beefed to eliminate OEM’s weakest part. These tie rods feature massive 16 mm rack threads and 14 mm rod threads to make them some of the strongest in the industry.
