Shifting is Quick and Easy

To shift into high, you’ll need to pull the lever. Once you’re in high, the lever stays pulled, so you won’t be locked in and can shift into reverse. To get into park, just pull the lever, and it’ll lock into place until you pull it again to get out of park.
