Super-Strong Polycarbonate
You need Polaris RZR 1000 4-seater doors that can take a hit. That’s why we use lightly tinted polycarbonate that’s 250 times stronger than glass. They’re also treated with our scratch-resistant hard coating that makes it nearly immune to abrasions and protects the material from harmful chemicals and cleaners. It takes a lot more than the average boulder to crack these doors, meaning you stay in the cab, and rocks and debris stay out. These doors are also framed with powder-coated carbon steel.
