Replacement OEM RS1 Ring and Pinion with our REM finish and machining service.  OEM casting burrs cause RS1 Ring gears to crack. We machine down the ring gear to remove the casting burrs then we REM finish the ring and pinion.  The REM finish process removes micro stress risers.
