These Talon 1000 upper doors are made from PVC-backed polyester that is resistant to punctures, abrasions, and mildew. Our Pel-Tek technology makes them heavy duty and great for protection against the elements and trail debris. How do we make them? All of the material is CNC cut for a tight fit that won’t stretch over time. And for a clean and finished look, we use a premium stitching technique that’s better than standard hemming. We make installation a walk in the park—they attach to your machine using Velcro and snaps. When trailering, you can use their cinch straps for extra security.
