What Is a Dual Idler?
Perfection doesn’t happen overnight. That’s why our dual idler gear portals are built differently. By adding a second idler gear in the portal box, the load spreads over more surface area, giving you more reliable torque transfer and a stronger gear set overall. Of course, two gears are useless if they don’t mesh perfectly—that’s why we use precision CNC grinding and ultra-strong 9310 steel.

Max tire sizes are measured at full compression and full turn. The given tires sizes are the largest we fit without rubbing. With minor trimming or a small amount of rub, larger tire sizes can be used.
