Why Polaris 4WD quits

The stock AWD system only powers the front wheels after the control module senses about 6% rear-wheel slip. A corroded switch, a loose connection, a bad speed sensor or a failing module anywhere in that chain keeps your fronts from engaging, and a new module can run up to $900. This kit skips all of it and keeps 4WD fully locked once you engage it, without draining your battery or burning out the switch.
