Built for riders running oversized mud tires and pushing their Can-Am G3 Outlander in extreme off-road conditions. These heavy-duty axles are engineered to handle the added stress of aggressive tire setups, including Terache Aztex Series tires, lifted machines, mud riding, water crossings, and rugged terrain.

Designed specifically for 2024+ Can-Am G3 Outlander models, this upgrade features XMR 1000-sized CV joints for significantly improved strength over standard factory components. The larger CV design increases torque handling capacity and helps reduce the risk of failure under high-load conditions.

Important Fitment Note:

These axles feature larger-than-OEM dimensions. It is the installer’s responsibility to verify proper clearance with any aftermarket suspension components, lift kits, or custom modifications to prevent interference.

Warranty-

Terache Heavy Duty CV Axles have a 1-year or 5000 mile limited warranty against mechanical defects. This warranty excludes CV boots and/or axle damage caused by torn CV boots. The warranty does not cover issues related to improper installation. This warranty does not apply to replacement axles.

Warranty Process: It can be difficult to determine if a CV boot tore before or after CV joint failure. Therefore, most warrantees will require a 50$ replacement fee. Contact us via the Terache.com chat and provide your order number, a description of the failure, and pictures of the axle. Terache will email a return label (axles should be received in their original box). The replacement fee may be waived at the discretion of the Terache technical team. A maximum of one replacement warranty axle may be sent out for each axle purchased.
