Every weld you see on the outside connects to a strong plate inside the arm for extra support. Instead of using cheaper tube ends for ball joints like others do, HCR uses heat-treated 4130 billet ends. This makes the arms stronger because all the plates connect to the solid billet, removing a common weak point. Billet ends are available for both ball joint and spherical setups.
