Wheel Requirements:

22" or larger wheel required

Gear Down and Go Big

SuperATV’s GDP 8” Portal Gear Lift for the Polaris RZR RS1 is geared down so you can go big. It gives you a lift and a 45% gear reduction in one box. Get the clearance to run bigger tires and the torque you need to turn them. The lift and gear reduction are in the hub, so they maintain suspension geometry and reduce drivetrain stress. With huge clearance, huge torque, and optional billet aluminum housings, you can install monster tires to take your torqued-out single-seater anywhere.

Perfect for Mud

With 8” portals and a 45% gear reduction, you get clearance for huge tires and a massive boost in torque. It’ll turn monster tires like they’re stock. Your RS1 will be a single-seater mud monster that can’t be stopped. Now the challenge is finding a mud hole tough enough for you.

Perfect for Rocks

Get tons of torque to crawl over any rock or boulder you can find by installing an 8” portal box with a 45% gear reduction. With that much power, rock shelves will feel like speed bumps and boulders feel like pebbles. With 8” of clearance, you can run monster tires and crawl through any rock garden you find.

Bearings That Rock

Our gears are only as strong as the bearings that hold them, that’s why we use a double-angular contact bearing. It’s designed to take huge hits from every direction without wearing prematurely. It’s the battle-tank of bearings. Built for battle components make GDP the best.

Universal Hubs and Slotted Rotors

Our precision-ground, stainless steel slotted rotors stay cool to give you the braking power you need when you need it. They come with 4/156, 4/137, 4/115, and 4/110 bolt patterns and lugs so you can use wheels from just about any side-by-side. We invented the tapered output shaft that our hubs attach to, which provides a more secure lock that won’t wobble or wear over time.

You Need to Reinforce Your UTV with a Frame Stiffener

An 8” portal kit is a heavy-duty piece of hardware for heavy-duty machines, and as awesome as the Polaris RZR RS1 is, it’s not quite up to snuff. That’s why a frame stiffener is required. We know—we’ve hit enough bumps to know that bending a stock frame can happen. Don’t do it. Get a frame stiffener.
